Common areas – Rooms & Monument Villa

• - The entrance for any individual not staying in our hotel is forbidden.
• - Temperature measurement for any individual entering the hotel premises.
• - Check-our on previous night to avoid crowded departure.
• - Check-in available in a designated open-air area.
• - Antiseptics in all common places available.
• - 18 rooms all spread in 8 different buildings as the property is elevated in a whole hill. In all our premises, between March 23rd – June 1st, special antibacterial surface protection paint has been used, which reduces by 99,9% any bacteria existence.
• - Supply for protective disposable masks, gloves along with all the other supplies provided in any case by the hotel.
• - Protective equipment for our staff in contact with room cleaning (masks, gloves, full body uniforms).
• - Room cleaning only upon guest’s request. All options on your disposal. (a) whole cleaning service, (b) partly & quick service with give & take fresh linens/towels/amenities, (c)no service/entering at all1. Everyday change of clothing, towels and night preparation was set aside (supply upon request only).
• - Advanced technologies including electrostatic sprinkler, steam cleaning for all surfaces in the hotel. The sprinklers are used for the cleaning and disinfection of all rooms, the lobby, Spa, restaurant and all common places inside the hotel.
• Ultraviolet light technology for all room keys’ and staff supplies disinfection put in a specially designed machine.
• All common places disposed by any commonly used object of multiple usage such as menus, magazines, decorative pillows etc. as well as all mini bar goodies in order to eliminate to the maximum any germ transmission.
• - Reinforcement of all health services in every common place, mainly for high risk objects (e.g. door handles, elevator buttons etc.)
• - Restaurant and room service staff all comply with the appropriate distance regulations, using all the means of individual protection procedures.
• - Breakfast is atomically server in our Veranda in high hygienic maintenance
• - The restaurant supplied with organic dishes from our gardens is open only for our room guests. For exterior guests reservation is required.
• - Digital Menu App with QR Code. The guest easily and directly downloads the application via his mobile phone, ordering his preferences from Veranda 1700 Greek Organic Herbs Cuisine.

Wellness & Spa

• - Spa aera is half open air, connected with the exterior habitat and by all means with the fresh mountain air and sun.

Cancellation Policy

• - Free cancellation 21 days before arrival.
• - 50% of total amount for cancellation from 21 days to 1 day before arrival. 
• - 100% of total amount for cancellation 1 day before arrival.
